How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. You can check them in the cart before completing your order.

 

What shipping methods are available?

 

The retailer entrusts shipments to the contracted courier DHL from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders received (except those placed over the weekend) are processed by the next business day and then handed over to the courier.

 

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery times are:

  • 1-2 business days for Italy
  • 2-5 business days for the rest of the world (except in special cases).

 

As soon as DHL picks up the package, the customer will receive a tracking code via email and can monitor the shipment on the DHL portal www.dhl.it.

 

For delivery, the presence of the customer or a representative is required. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, DHL will send an email allowing them to reschedule a second delivery attempt.

 

If the received package is damaged or not intact, the customer is advised to accept the delivery “with reservation” and immediately contact DHL customer service via this link: DHL Support.

 

After three days from the delivery date, the package will be considered successfully delivered.

 

If the delivery is refused or the customer does not agree to pay any customs duties, the return costs (including shipping fees and customs duties) will be deducted from the refunded order amount.
