The Retailer entrusts shipments to the contracted courier DHL from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders received (except those placed during weekends) are processed within the next business day and then handed over to the courier. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are 1-2 business days for Italy and 2-5 business days for the rest of the world, except in special cases. As soon as DHL takes charge of the package, the customer will receive the tracking code via email and can monitor the shipment through the DHL portal www.dhl.it. The presence of the customer or their representative is required for the delivery of the goods. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, they will receive an email from DHL, allowing them to reschedule a second delivery attempt. If the package received is damaged or not intact, the customer is invited to accept the delivery "with reservation" and immediately contact DHL customer service via the link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/it/it/help-and-support.html#/contact_us. Three days after the delivery date, the package will be considered normally delivered. If the delivery is refused or the Customer does not agree to pay any customs duties, the return costs (shipping costs and customs duties) will be deducted from the refunded order amount.
