Reference is made to European Directive 44/99/EC and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and the regulatory provisions of Articles 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, and subsequent amendments of Legislative Decree 206/2005, under which the Retailer guarantees Customers, qualified as Consumers, that the Products will be free of design and material defects and conform to the descriptions published on the Website. The application of any warranty is excluded in the case of improper use of the Product or failure to follow the instructions/warnings provided by the Retailer, as well as normal wear and tear or minor defects. Defects or damage caused by accidents or customer responsibility due to improper use are excluded from the warranty. The Customer is responsible for examining the Products as soon as possible and submitting a formal request to the Retailer by email or registered mail, specifying the defect or non-conformity found, along with the relevant documentation (e.g., at least one photo of the Product, the order confirmation, and the fiscal receipt). After receiving the request and documentation, the Retailer will evaluate the reported defects and non-conformities. If validated, they will authorize the return of the Products via email. The authorization to return the Products does not constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, which will be confirmed upon receipt of the returned Product. The Products authorized for return must be sent by the Customer along with a copy of the return authorization within 14 days of reporting the defect or non-conformity to the following address: via Maja 5/b 21051 Arcisate -VARESE- Italy
Under Art. 49, paragraph 4 and following, Customers qualifying as Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reasons, within 14 days from when the Consumer or a third party authorized by them receives the Product. Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. A return request for one or more items from an order can be made within 14 days of receiving the order, and the shipment to the Retailer must occur within the 14 days following receipt of the return instructions and shipping label. The return is subject to the following conditions:
The Product must be returned to the Retailer intact, unused, unstained, or undamaged and in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging, documentation, and accessories); to prevent damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, placing it in a second box and marking the Retailer's address on it;
The Product must be returned to the Retailer with all original labels and tags attached;
The application of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the Product must be avoided in all cases. The Retailer reserves the right to verify full compliance with the above conditions, and returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded. Once the product's integrity is confirmed, the refund for the withdrawal will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. If the product is undamaged, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the order; in the case of a bank transfer, the customer must provide their bank details when requesting the return. In case of withdrawal, the shipping costs are borne by the customer who purchased the product.
